Unfortunately, I didn’t know Bob very well, but I did get the chance to work with him briefly on a publishing project a few years ago and found him to be an exceptionally generous, sincere, warm, and intelligent person. The memory of that happy experience stayed with me, and I feel privileged that our lives crossed paths.
